3D Asset Batch Creation: Bus, Truck, and Trailer Hardware

We were requested a comprehensive update of a client's online product catalogue as part of their business expansion. We developed these 3D assets from scratch based on product references.

The entire project spanned an entire month in three stages: 3D modeling and sculpting; texturing and lighting; and rendering. I contributed around 300 rendered images for 100 different products.

To achieve a high level of photorealism, consistency, and efficiency, we strictly adhered to our software pipeline: Blender, Maya, Substance 3D Painter, and Keyshot.

All 3D assets had been meticulously developed to faithfully reflect the actual product photographs. Through modeling, sculpting, texture painting, and rendering — we incorporated miniscule details like dirt, rust, dents and scratches as these imperfections present the products in various real-world contexts from manufacturing to actual usage.
